Spirit Vinegar composition
This is a biologically produced vinegar which, besides acetic acid, contains aromatic and mineral food substances formed during fermentation, giving the product a distinct flavor and aroma. It is widely used as a seasoning or enhancer for many dishes: added to sauces and marinades, fish and meat dishes, for dressing salads, preserving vegetables, and also in household use. Produced by fermenting ethyl alcohol with acetic acid bacteria. A small amount of sediment characteristic of spirit vinegar may occur.
