Apple Vinegar composition

Apple vinegar has a pleasant taste and excellent aroma, making it widely used in cooking. Apple vinegar contains many of the same elements found in apples: vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, beta-carotene), minerals and trace elements (potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, copper, iron, silicon, boron, fluorine, chlorine, bioflavonoids, pectin). These compounds support metabolism, promote circulation, and strengthen health. It is used to preserve and season food, and in folk medicine. It is produced by fermenting spiritified apple juices with acetic acid bacteria. A small amount of sediment characteristic of apple vinegar may occur. Best before natural clouding appears.
