This is spirit vinegar with added extracts of various spices (pepper, tarragon, garlic, onion, dill, basil and bay leaves).
This vinegar eliminates the need for additional seasoning.
There may be a small amount of sediment, which is characteristic of spirit vinegar.
Suitable for use until it becomes cloudy.
