Ingredients:
570 ml Bajoriškių spirit spiced vinegar
1 head of garlic
25 g bishop's crowns
10 ml (2 teaspoons) soy sauce
10 ml (2 teaspoons) tomato sauce
Method of preparation:
Add the head of chopped garlic, peppercorns, soy sauce and tomato sauce to the Bajoriškių spirit spiced vinegar. Pour into a clean bottle or a jar and leave the mixture for 4 weeks, then strain and pour into clean, tightly sealed bottles. Take this vinegar with you on hiking trips as a seasoning for meat or fish grilled on the campfire, or add to salads. Meat can be marinated in this vinegar before cooking. Bon appetite!
