Ingredients:
2 kg pork neck
3 glasses of Bajoriškių marinade
5-6 onions
Method of preparation:
Cut the meat into the desired size pieces (2-3 cm bite-sized pieces are recommended). Slice the onion and mix with the meat. Cover with the Bajoriškių marinade, stir. Cover with a plate and weigh the plate down, then leave to stand overnight in a cool place. Serve the grilled shashlik with boiled rice (or black bread), fresh vegetables and tomato sauce.
