Ingredients:

1 egg yolk

150 ml olive oil

5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) Bajoriškių apple vinegar or Bajoriškių wine vinegar

Method of preparation:

Beat the egg yolk in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Start adding 150 ml of olive oil in small drops and whisk continuously. As the mixture thickens, slowly add all the oil, a little at a time, then add Bajoriškių apple vinegar or Bajoriškių wine vinegar. Mix well.
