Balsamic vinegar is a unique vinegar made by naturally fermenting white wine vinegar and cooked grape must. This vinegar has an exceptionally rich, smooth, slightly sweet-sour taste and aroma. Balsamic vinegar is a great addition to salads, soups, fish and meat marinades. It adds new flavours to cheese, omelettes or even desserts.
