Wine vinegar 6%

It is a natural food product used in cooking from time immemorial, containing vitamins, minerals and acids necessary for the human organism. It is distinguished by the clearly perceptible aroma of wine and by excellent flavour properties; therefore, it is widely used in food preparation. Mild white-wine vinegar will flavour salads, seafood and poultry dishes as well as sauces and will facilitate digestion.

Description of ingredients:

  • Acidity 6%.
  • Made by fermentation of white grapes wine containing raw material and acetic acid bacteria.
  • A small amount of sediment specific for wine vinegar is possible.

Instruction for use:

  • Dilute 1:1 with water.
  • Best before spontaneous its feculence.

Storage conditions:

  • Store at temperature of 0 ºC - +25 ºC.
