Spirit vinegar 9%

It is biologically-produced vinegar, which, in addition to acetic acid, contains food flavourings and mineral substances, which form during fermentation and lend to the product an exceptional flavour and aroma. It is widely used as a spice or condiment for many dishes; it is added in sauces and marinades, fish and meat dishes; it is used for seasoning salads, for preserving vegetables, and in household.

Description of ingredients:

  • Acidity 9%.
  • Made by fermentation of ethyl alcohol and acetic acid bacteria.
  • A small amount of sediment specific for spirit vinegar is possible.

Instruction for use:

  • Dilute 1:2 with water.
  • Best before spontaneous its feculence.

Storage conditions:

  • Store at temperature of 0 ºC - +25 ºC.
