Apple cider vinegar 6%

Apple cider vinegar has a nice flavour and excellent aroma; therefore, it is widely used in cooking. Apple cider vinegar contains all the same elements as are found in apples: vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, beta-carotene), mineral substances and microelements (potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorous, copper, iron, silicon, boron, fluorine, chlorine, bioflavonoids, pectin), which stimulate metabolism, accelerate blood circulation and strengthen health. It is used for preserving and seasoning food as well as in traditional medicine and cosmetics.

Description of ingredients:

  • Acidity 6%.
  • Made by fermentation of fortified apple juice and acetic acid bacteria.
  • A small amount of sediment specific for apple cider vinegar is possible.

Instruction for use:

  • Dilute 1:1 with water.
  • Best before spontaneous its feculence.

Storage conditions:

  • Store at temperature of 0 ºC - +25 ºC.
